My Dad and I very like bread. Almost everyday we eat bread. Because when I was child, everyday my Mom gives me bread for snack. And until now, I still eat bread almost everyday.
For me, the best roti goreng is at Depot Semeru. It is located at Jalan Semeru no.27, Malang, East Java. We must pay Rp3.500 to buy this roti goreng. Not only at there, there is so many carts on the side of the road. If we buy there, we pay cheaper maybe like Rp600 until Rp1.000. Why this is cheaper, because at Depot Semeru, they add some topping example like granulated sugar.
We need some ingredients to make roti goreng. The ingredients was very simple. We often use flour, yeast, granulated sugar, some egg, milk, little bit salt, margarin, sesame, oil, and little bit water to make it. We can add some chocolate for the filling. We also can add some granulated sugar for the topping.
For me, roti goreng have a very good taste compared with the other ordinary bread. Because that make it special is the granulated sugar such as melting at the top of the bread.
